Caveman Cider Brine
Brining has been used for centuries as a way to tenderize meats. Used as marinades and in stews or crockpot cooking...the combination of ingredients will leave all meat fork tender and delicious!
Apple cider vinegar also has digestive and anti-aging properties that come from natural occurring probiotics that also help with gut issues and blood sugar regulation.

Ingredients
- 1 qt. apple cider
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 tbs. fresh ginger, chopped
- 5 whole black peppercorns
Directions
1. Combine cider and salt in pot. Bring to boil and whisk in remaining ingredients.
2. Chill and add to favorite meals.
