Paleo Mayo

Store-bought mayo is loaded with oils that are simply not healthy. This classic spread will keep your heart healthy and add flavor to salads and anything you want to spread it on!

Serves: 16 2-Oz. Portions

Prep Time: 10 Minutes


  • 1 TBSP Garlic, chopped
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 3 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Cups Pure Olive Oil


  1. Blend all ingredients except olive oil in blender.
  2. Slowly add extra virgin olive oil followed by pure olive oil until desired thickness.
  3. Store in mason jar in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
