I have pain in my left shoulder and it doesn’t go away. Have been doing the strength building exercises so my muscles are building nicely. Was wearing my cell phone on a lanyard around my neck and have ceased this. It helped a great deal. I’m looking forward to working to improve my overall health and my shoulder. Thank you, Chad.
