Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Slices bacon
- 2 Cups baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp. Ghee
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- pepper to taste
Directions
- In a saute pan, melt butter, add salt and pepper and cook spinach until wilted. Set aside on a plate.
- Cook bacon in the same pan until crispy, place on top of bacon.
- Cook eggs in the same pan, flipping once until desired doneness.
