Raspberry Chia Nuts and Seeds Breakfast Bowl

Need some extra power for a workout or active day? This bowl is loaded with energy, healthy fats, fiber and rich with vitamins. It actually has 100% of your vitamin A for the day which benefits skin, eyes, immunity, bones and protects against night blindness. Don't fear the extra carbs...the fiber is so high that your net carbs are lowered to be "keto-friendly".

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/8 Cup raspberries
  • 1/8 cup goji berries
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 4 Tbsp. raw almonds chopped

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend almond milk, banana, and raspberries with half of the chia seeds.
  2. Pour mixture into shallow bowl.
  3. Top the mixture with rows of the pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, goji berries and a couple of blackberries for garnish.
