- 4 slices nitrate free Genoa Salami
- 4 slices nitrate free pepperoni
- 1/2 Cup mixed pitted olives
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Oregano
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix olives and olive oil, garlic, and oregano.
- Arrange sliced meat on a platter.
- Place olives in center.
