-focus on exhale
-looks and feels like a sneeze

ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING x 3 rounds
-inhale 4
-seal and switch
-exhale for 8
-do both sides for one round

-left hand over belly
-right hand over chest
-belly rises with inhale
-bell falls with exhale
-right hand over chest stays steady

-inhale to ⅓ capacity & hold for 7 seconds
