The drink mix tastes good
Too early to talk about its benefits

I use the hydrate when I get up. It mixes in cold water very well and I love the taste. I usually also add in the collogen which has helped my fingernails quite a bit Mixing in water is important to me because I do not drink tee or coffee and plain water gets tiresome after awhile.

Using Peach Mango native hydrate for the first time resulted in a noticeable increase in hydration in first blood test after starting.

This powder is amazing. Not only does it taste good (I got the tangerine) it has made a difference in how I feel. I will be getting more.

I purchased Native Hydrate because I heard the electrolytes would help decrease my leg cramps. This is my second jar and just ordered 3 more. Love the flavors. Would highly recommend this product.
