Bacon Lovers Breakfast Scramble

  • 4 eggs • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 6 strips bacon, uncured, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. ghee 
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, diced


  1. In a large skillet, add ghee, onion, and bacon and cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly until bacon is crispy.

  2. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and transfer to skillet.

  3. Keep flipping egg mixture over medium-high heat until cooked through.

  4. Serve immediately.
