- 6 strips bacon, uncured, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. ghee
- 1/2 small yellow onion, diced
Directions

In a large skillet, add ghee, onion, and bacon and cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly until bacon is crispy.

Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and transfer to skillet.
