Blueberry Cream Chia Pudding

This pudding is super heart and diet healthy and great to make in advance. You can mix in or top it with the powerful antioxidant...blueberries, and you can be sure that you're getting staying power to get you through your day. Chia seeds are loaded with fiber and healthy fats, and blueberries top the list of antioxidant power!

Serves 2


  • 4 Tbsp. chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp. granulated stevia sweetener


  1. Blend all ingredients except blueberries in a glass bowl and cover.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour then stir. Put back in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Spoon into bowls or mugs.
