Ingredients
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs diced
- 1 Stalk Celery diced
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp. Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Cup Mixed greens
- Blend all ingredients into a bowl, except mixed greens.
- In a bowl, add mixed greens and top with egg salad mixture.
