Egg Salad with Tarragon

Did you know that celery has an alkalizing effect and is great for detoxing and digestion and tarragon is great for those that retain water and have poor sleep? Power up your muscles and your body with the protein-filled eggs when you eat this flavorful twist on an old classic.

Ingredients

  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs diced
  • 1 Stalk Celery diced
  • 1 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. Mustard 
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 Cup Mixed greens
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients into a bowl, except mixed greens.
  2. In a bowl, add mixed greens and top with egg salad mixture.
