Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. ghee
- 1 large chicken sausage fully cooked, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 red pepper sliced thin
- 1/4 yellow onion sliced thin
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
- In a skillet, melt 1 tsp. of the ghee on medium heat.
- Add sausage to skillet, and cook until browned. Move to the side of the skillet.
- Add red pepper and onion to skillet and cook until soft.
- Add 1 tsp. Of ghee to skillet and melt.
- Add eggs to the skillet and cook to desired doneness.
