Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 3 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. liquid stevia
- 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
- 2 oz. dark organic chocolate, cut into chunks (70% or darker, or can substitute keto-friendly chocolate chips if available)
- 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon powder
Directions

Place all ingredients except for shredded coconut, into a double boiler over medium heat.

Stir constantly until melted.

Fill parchment cups 1/4 full with shredded coconut.

Pour melted cocoa mixture over coconut.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Remove when serving, but keep refrigerated.
