Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup slivered almonds
- 4 Tbsp. Pomegranate seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated Stevia sweetener
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a glass bowl except pomegranate seeds, and cover.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour covered.
- Layer creamy mixture into glass serving bowls, with pomegranates and almonds.
- Put back in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours as it thickens, or overnight
