Keto Cinnamon Fat Bombs

This seemingly decadent sweet treat will be your "go-to" for energy and when you want a delicious snack. The cinnamon is loaded with antioxidant power, antiinflammatory properties, may lower your risk of heart disease and help to combat blood sugar issues. All while keeping you energized on healthy!

Serves 6

Cook and Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, grass fed
  • 1/4 cup stevia sweetener
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place the butter in a bowl and let melt to room temperature.

  2. Stir together butter, stevia sweetener, half of the shredded coconut, ground cloves, vanilla, and cinnamon. (can add more coconut to be able to roll into balls)

  3. Make several small-sized balls. Roll in shredded coconut.

  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

  5. Enjoy!
