Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup melted coconut oil
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 3 Tbsp. Granulated Stevia
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except oil in a metal bowl.
- Pour into saucepan and add oil slowly while heat is on very low while stirring.
- Stir continuously as the mixture cooks, for approximately 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days. Whisking before serving.
