Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground bison
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Cup diced tomatoes
- 1 Cup finely chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1/2 green pepper diced
- 1/2 yellow pepper diced
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients into large bowl with hands.
- Put meat into a glass or metal 9x5 bread pan.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour, or until edges are browned.
- To test for doneness, stick a toothpick into the center, it should come out clean.
