Ingredients
- 1 lb. Grass Fed Beef
- 2 Cups whole green beans cut in half
- 1 Tsp. coconut oil
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Pepper to taste
- Red Pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown beef, onions, garlic and spices.
- Remove beef from skillet, leaving the juice in the pan.
- Add in coconut oil, and green beans. Cover and cook until green beans are slightly soft.
- Add beef mixture to pan, turn to medium high, cook together for 2 minutes
