Ground Beef with Spicy Italian Green Beans

Grass fed beef is chock full of omega 3's, the healthy fats and muscle building protein. With the spices and veggies, this simple dish will keep you full and energized, while taking minutes to prepare!

Serves 3

Cook and prep time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Grass Fed Beef
  • 2 Cups whole green beans cut in half
  • 1 Tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Pepper to taste
  • Red Pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef, onions, garlic and spices.
  2. Remove beef from skillet, leaving the juice in the pan.
  3. Add in coconut oil, and green beans. Cover and cook until green beans are slightly soft.
  4. Add beef mixture to pan, turn to medium high, cook together for 2 minutes
