Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken (can use ground turkey)
  • 1 bunch of Kale leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free tomato sauce

  5. Remove the “meatballs” with slotted spoon and place on kitchen paper.

  7. Put 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each plate, top with meatballs.

  8. Serve immediately.
