Stamina Breakfast Smoothie

This high energy superfood smoothie will keep you full for hours with fiber and flavor. Simple to make and a great breakfast for those on the go using the Keto lifestyle!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • Add stevia drops to taste

Directions

  1. Melt the coconut oil: ll a bowl with hot water and then set your jar of coconut oil in the water until it melts

  2. Wash and clean the cucumber, spinach and avocado.

  3. Place all ingredients in your high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
