    I am still in a lot of pain though slightly better (9). I am unable to lay on my stomach thus unable to do the press up correctly so I did the best I could from a child’s pose. Unable to stand straight up at this point but getting a little better. Thank you for the stretches. See you for round 4. I have been diagnosed with a bulging disk….Ouch
