Ingredients
- 1 medium shallot
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs. fresh basil, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10-15 drops liquid stevia
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 cups pure olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients except olive oil and water in blender until smooth.
2. Slowly add olive oil to blender and continue to blend. Loosen with water to achieve desired consistency
