Ingredients
- 1 Cup Nut Milk of Choice
- 1 Scoop NativePath Collagen
- 4 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Drops Stevia (optional)
Directions
- In a blender, mix nut milk, NativePath Collagen, vanilla extract, and Stevia.
- Stir in the blended mixture to a bowl of 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.
- Let it sit for 10-15 minutes for chia seeds to soak.
- Add chia seed mixture until 1/4 inches from the rim of the jars.
- Add fresh berries.
- Enjoy!
