Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1¾ Cups fresh cranberries
- ½ Cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ Tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tsp. balsamic vinegar
DIRECTIONS
- IN A POT on medium-high heat, combine the cranberries, maple syrup, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil.
- ONCE BOILING, REDUCE heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- ONCE SAUCE HAS thickened, taste and add vinegar if desired. Serve warm or chilled.
