Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Avocado Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place brussels sprouts on baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil.

Use hands to toss sprouts and evenly coat.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roast 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender.

Check halfway through and flip over for even cooking.
