Ingredients
- 1 lb. octopus or squid
- 1/2 lb. clams
- 1egg
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- 1/4 cup almond our
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Directions

Chop octopus and clams into fine pieces.

In a large bowl, blend clams, egg, onion, seasonings, parsley and lemon juice.

Slowly blend in our until all ingredients are combined.

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

Form large “meatballs” with your hands, and drop into the oil, turn heat to low.

Genly keep turning “meatballs” until cooked through. Approximately, 15 minutes.
