BELLY BREATHING x 10 minutes
-left hand over belly
-right hand over chest
-belly rises with inhale
-bell falls with exhale
-right hand over chest stays steady
20 breaths x 5 rounds
-only through nose
-focus on exhale
-looks and feels like a sneeze
-relax face
-all belly
-stimulates sympathetic nervous system
-inhale 4
-seal and hold for 4
-exhale for 8
-do both sides for one round


1 round 1-2x/day

-Reduce anxiety & improve immunity through breathing
-build capacity and control in the breathe
-empower the individual (be the captain/be the light)
-make this a habit
-return to our natural state

-reduces oxidative stress comes from shallow breathing
