Collagen Detox Smoothie

This smoothie reduces bloat, is great for digestion, and is loaded with healthy fats, iron, fiber and flavor. Drink this a few times daily after a "cheat" day, or when you feel like you've overindulged a bit too much! This is also loaded with natural energizers that are great for skin, and muscle building so be sure to make this a "go-to" smoothie at least a couple times weekly!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon raw ginger (diced or shaved)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 apple peeled, cored
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Collagen

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender, pulsing on high.
  2. Blend until frothy and bright.
  3. Enjoy!
