Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary

Serves 2

Cook and prep time: 15 minutes


  • 8 lamb chops
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
  • juice of one lemon


  1. Heat broiler to high.

  2. Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper.

  3. Broil chops about 4” from the flame for approximately 3 minutes on one side then flip and broil for an additional 1-3 minutes, depending on the desired doneness.

  4. Remove from broiler, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with rosemary.

  5. Serve immediately.
