Ingredients
- 2 Grass Fed Pork Loins, cut into 8 pieces each
- 3/4 Cup Fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks
- 1 Yellow Onion, sliced into quarters
- 2 Tbsp Walnut Oil
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- In a large bowl, blend all ingredients.
- Arrange all ingredients on skewers and alternating pork, pineapple, and onion until 4 skewers are full.
- Grill on medium for 4 minutes turn once and grill for 4-5 minutes, or until pork appears very slightly pink in centers.
