Ingredients
- 2 Strip Steaks sliced
- 2 Red Peppers sliced
- 2 Green Peppers sliced
- 1 Large Spanish Onion sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic diced
- 2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
- Juice of one Lime
- 1 firm avocado sliced
- Hot sauce (optional)
- 6-10 large leaves of lettuce for wrapping
Directions
1. In a large skillet, heat oil, garlic, seasonings, onions, and peppers until soft.
2. Add steak and cook on high until medium rare. (approximately 4 minutes).
3. Serve in lettuce wraps with sliced avocado and drizzle with lime juice and hot sauce.
