Steak Fajitas Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 Strip Steaks sliced
  • 2 Red Peppers sliced
  • 2 Green Peppers sliced
  • 1 Large Spanish Onion sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
  • Juice of one Lime
  • 1 firm avocado sliced
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • 6-10 large leaves of lettuce for wrapping

Directions

1. In a large skillet, heat oil, garlic, seasonings, onions, and peppers until soft.

2. Add steak and cook on high until medium rare. (approximately 4 minutes).

3. Serve in lettuce wraps with sliced avocado and drizzle with lime juice and hot sauce.
