I just completed my first jar of NativePath Collagen. Love it and will continue it.
I’ve had fibromyalgia for35 yrs. Recently I stopped muscle relaxers and gabapentin because they no longer worked. I have had one year of Nuuca chiropractic care and now started your neck and thoracic exercises. Also I’m eating the foods and taking the supplements you mentioned. I definitely feel my muscles stretching with your daily exercises. I am 68 years old and for the first time I look for to the rest of my life!

Hello Dr. Chad I did your workout for the neck.
It felt a bit sore in the area I worked.
I do have pain in my upper back when I standup at times my neck feels stiff and
my back has spasms.
Is this good for my spasms that I have in my back?
If so, I will be doing this at times.
