Collagen Berry Detox Smoothie

Feeling bloated and need a "pick-me-up?" This smoothie is full of everything your body needs to reduce that puffy feeling. High in vitamins C, iron, fiber and flavor...in addition to multi-beneficial collagen, be sure to drink this after the weekends or a "cheat day"!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 kiwi, peeled 
  • 1/4 cup mixed blackberries and blueberries
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 scoop Grass-Fed Collagen

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until silky smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
