Caveman BBQ Rub

Spices make everything taste better and when the spices have benefits, they should be a staple in all pantries.

Cumin has benefits ranging from aiding digestion, helping with diabetes, regulating blood sugar, and assisting with weight loss. Dark chili powder sets your metabolic rate on fire, and the rest of the spices add to a tasty spicy rub for chicken, fish, pork, and beef.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Spanish Paprika
  • 2 tbsp White Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Mexican Oregano

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Apply liberally to meat of choice.
