Chia Pudding Collagen Smoothie

What's better than chia seed pudding and a smoothie?

...when they're COMBINED!

We're pretty confident that this will be your new favorite snack.

Ingredients

Chia Pudding (the base)

Smoothie (the topping)

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Nut Milk
  • 1 Scoop Collagen Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Frozen Banana

Directions

1. Add all chia pudding ingredients to a large glass or mason jar.
2. Mix well.
3. Refrigerate while you make the smoothie portion of the recipe.
4. Combine all smoothie ingredients in your high-speed blender.
5. Blend until silky smooth.
6. Pour smoothie over chia seed pudding mixture.
7. Enjoy!
