Egg Salad with Onions and Celery

Ingredients

  • 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Stalks Celery, diced
  • 1/2 Small Yellow Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Scallions
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed or Celery Salt (*If using celery salt, omit the sea salt) 
  • Pepper to taste
  • Optional: Add 2 Tbsp paleo or keto mayonnaise if you like a creamier consistency

Directions

1. In a bowl, chop eggs.

2. Add celery, onion, scallions and seasonings, and blend.
