Ingredients
- 4 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 Stalks Celery, diced
- 1/2 Small Yellow Onion
- 2 Tbsp Scallions
- 1 tsp Dill Weed
- 1 tsp Celery Seed or Celery Salt (*If using celery salt, omit the sea salt)
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: Add 2 Tbsp paleo or keto mayonnaise if you like a creamier consistency
Directions
1. In a bowl, chop eggs.
2. Add celery, onion, scallions and seasonings, and blend.
