Spicy Deviled Eggs
Serves 4
Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Paleo mayo
- 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
Directions

Put eggs in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Add vinegar to water.

Cover eggs and turn heat on medium.

As soon as they begin to boil, lower heat and cook covered for 10 minutes.

While eggs are cooking, in a medium bowl, blend mayo, mustard, salt, cayenne pepper, and chives.

When the timer hits 10 minutes, carefully put the pan into the sink and fill with cold water. Let sit for 3 minutes.

Peel the eggs and cut into halves. Putting yolks into the bowl with mayo mixture.

Set eggs on a plate and ll each half with the mayo mixture. Can sprinkle with seasonings.

Serve immediately, or chill for up to 24 hours refrigerated in a sealed container.
