Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 Large head of cauliflower
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Break apart rinsed and dried cauliflower into large flowerettes.

3. Place cauliflower into large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on seasonings.

4. Blend together so that cauliflower is coated with oil.

5. Spread cauliflower onto baking pan, and bake for 30 minutes.

6. Serve immediately.
