This is the collagen product to buy!

This tastes the best of collagen products I've tried (in various flavors). It does help my sleep. Easy to use by mixing with water as directed. For extra pizazz, I put 1 scoop in about 2 or 3 Tbsp. of hot water, stir to dissolve, then add a bit of coffee creamer or milk and the rest cold water and/or ice. Tastes like chocolate milk!

Much better sleep

My husband and I have been using the collagen p.m. for about 2 weeks . He likes the lemon and I love the chocolate! Both of us have had been able to have deeper sleep and stay asleep longer! We are in our 70's and do not want to use sleep medication so because we were already using collagen peptides during the day we decided to try this. It has been a wonderful experience getting better sleep with this product.

Not bad

It tastes very good but it does leave a slight no long lasting after taste. I doesn't completely mix well in either hot or cold milk, leaves little globs on the top but nothing to put me off. I do get a good nights sleep although it takes more than advertised to kick in. It does seem to be helping my knee problem somewhat. A bit on the pricey side but I will probably continue to use it, maybe not regularly but will use it several times a week.
