-inhale for 9 seconds
-hold for 9 seconds
-exhale for 9 seconds
-repeat for 3 minutes

-pace the inhales and exhales
-keep throat open on the hold
-make a smooth transition from exhale to inhale
-remain calm

3 minutes 1-2x/day

-Reduce anxiety & improve immunity through breathing
-build capacity and control in the breathe
-empower the individual (be the captain/be the light)
-make this a habit
-return to our natural state

-Set Duration to 3 minutes
-Intervals w/woodblock (9 seconds from start)
-Repeat every 9 seconds
