Iced Anti-Inflammatory Cherry Collagen Smoothie

Combat inflammation and soothe your body with beneficial tart cherries and ginger. This delicious smoothie is loaded with fiber from the chia seeds that are also a great source of Omega 3's and will keep your body fortified with collagen to build lean muscle tissue.


  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (raw, grated)
  • 1/3 Cup Red Tart Cherries
  • 2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Scoop Grass-Fed Collagen


1. Combine all ingredients in your high-speed blender.
